Data collected

When you use the contact form, we collect:

• your name and email address;
• your profile (individual, company, press or other);
• the name of your organization, if you provide it;
• the subject and content of your message;
• your IP address, recorded for security and anti-spam purposes.

Only your name, email, profile, subject and message are required to process your request.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used solely to respond to your request. It is neither sold, nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes, nor used for marketing.

Processing is based on your consent, which you give by ticking the box provided before sending. Recording your IP address is based on our legitimate interest in protecting the site against abuse.

Recipients and processors

Your message is sent by email through an SMTP server, then received by the fhree team. Data is handled by the following technical providers, solely to ensure the service works:

• IONOS (website hosting and email delivery);
• our receiving mailbox provider [TO CHECK: provider name].

Retention period

Your data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request, then deleted after 12 months at the latest. Your IP address is kept only within the email received, for the same period.

Cookies and similar technologies

The site uses a single technical session cookie (PHPSESSID), essential to the security of the contact form (protection against fraudulent submissions). It is deleted when you close your browser and is not used for any tracking. As such, it does not require prior consent.

Third-party services

Security

Communications with the site are encrypted (HTTPS) and the form is protected against automated submissions. We implement reasonable measures to protect your data against unauthorized access.
